This tablet app was created for Group Leaders while on tour. Tour Directors would provide the tablet to get feedback/NPS scores from itinerary moments day to day and overall experience. As the responses come in, Tour Consultants and Tour Experience Managers are able to see what works on the itinerary and try to enhance the experience live, on the spot, if the feedback is rated low by travelers.
